BASEL Part 1 - SCOPE.

SCOPE again suffered from it's location (despite assurances that a move was in the works this year). Unlike the NY and Miami versions of SCOPE, the galleries and work presented here were less dominated by the Juxtapoz/pop surrealism crowd (and that was a good thing).
