I visited major museums in London and New York this year, only to find that the Kiefer's in the collection were not on show. It was nice (if not unexpected) to find he has his own room in the Hamburger Bahnhof, Museum fur Gegenwart.

I visited this museum many years ago but the Kiefer's have always remained indelibly impressed in my memory. They are incredibly powerful.
